When you submit the lead form, we store the name, contact (Telegram, email, or phone), and message text that you provided. In addition, we automatically record the IP address and browser User-Agent in order to protect the service against spam and abuse.
Lead submissions and the related technical fields (IP address, User-Agent) are retained for no longer than 12 months from the date of receipt, after which they are deleted. You may request earlier deletion of your data by messaging us on Telegram.
The site uses cookies and web analytics services (Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica) only after you have given explicit consent through the cookie banner. Without your consent, analytics scripts are not loaded and cookies are not set.
We do not share lead submissions with third parties, except where expressly required by law. Anonymized traffic metrics may be processed by the analytics services listed above.
You may request deletion of your data, a copy of the information we hold, or clarification of how it is processed. To do so, please message us on Telegram via the link in the site header.
